Breathwork Ceremony (90 mins)

Utilizing the active breath in healing work is a powerful hands off technique in shifting through the sludge that has gathered in the body from traumas, fear, anxiety, depression, self-inhibition, and more. Breathwork is a coming home to yourself.

In this ceremony we begin with an opening grounding meditation and platica, followed by 45 mins of active breath, and then we close and come back into the body. Breathwork allows the breather to tap into their inner healer and release blockages and patterns that have been alive in the body for too long. Clients typically feel a deep sense of emotional relief and a sense of connecting the dots after a breathwork ceremony.
