Services and Sessions
All payments made for healing sessions and services are subject to a time based cancellation policy. If you are unable to make a session please reach out to us as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment is subject to 50% of the total session price being non-refundable.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are subject to 100% of the session price being non-refundable.
Re-scheduling a session is allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
If you are unable to participate in a healing session you have paid for you may gift it to a friend with appropriate notice made to Helios + Solene. Depending on the circumstances you may also be eligible to apply partial credit for a cancelled session towards a future session. Please reach out with any inquiries.
Products and Goods
- Returns of product purchased through Helios + Solene (excluding services) are accepted within 7 days of purchase or receipt of package with proof of payment.
- Return value will be refunded to the buyer once the returned item is received.
- All returned items must be in original condition and be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Any purchases that are past the 7 day mark are non-returnable.
Exchanges are accepted for physical products sold through Helios + Solene e-commerce sites, social media, and pop up shops within 7 days of purchase or receipt of package with proof of purchase. Exchanges will be made for equal value and any outstanding credit is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not allow exchanges for any healing sessions. You are able to change the type of healing session you wish to receive once paid for with a 24 hour notice.
