A Self Love Workshop
The journey of life is to constantly return back to love. We must fill ourselves with so much love that it overflows unto others. Some of us spend our entire lives seeking this gift in others when the root lives within ourselves. Join us for an experiential workshop at Breath Salt Rooms where you will be guided through movement exercises, partner mirror work, meditation + breathing, and an energetic healing ceremony to burst open the heart space and bring us back home to Divine Love.
Please bring a heart centered offering to place on the altar- flowers preferred.

Yoga / Intuitive Movement
Building a community love altar
Working with crystals + herbs to heal the heart
Partner Work (you do not need to bring your own partner, you may sign up solo and a partner will be assigned to you)
Guided Meditation
Energetic Healing Ceremony for Conscious Release and Heart Opening
